Rich
Weight
Rich is a co-founder & Managing Partner of the Denver Consulting Group,
Inc., with over 25 years experience in managing service related businesses.
His professional experience includes 15 years with national hotel and
restaurant operations in a variety of positions, including: General
Manager & Regional Director with ITT Sheraton Hotels, Director of Operations,
Vice President of Operations, President and CEO. During the past 20
years he has owned and operated two multi-unit restaurant chains and
a Management Consulting firm.
Rich conducts workshops and seminars on Customer Service, Team Building,
Organization Development, Leadership Training, and Business Development.
He is a regular guest lecturer for a variety of organizations and associations.
Rich serves on a variety of Advisory Boards in both the private and
public sectors: The Distributive Education Club of America; The Denver
Athletic Club; and The Texas Restaurant Association, among others. Contact.
Bill
O'Connor
Bill is also a co-founder & Managing Partner of The Denver Consulting
Group, Inc., and was the founder and former President of The Trinity
Group, Inc. He also is an owner and co-founder of The Travel Society,
Inc. Bill spent 2 years with Frontier Airlines as Director of Pricing/Inventory
Management and General Manager of Sales and 18 years with United Airlines
in a broad variety of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing positions
including: Asst. Vice-President, Mountain Region; Reservations Sales
Manager; Regional Manager of Automation Sales; District Sales Manager;
Personnel Manager and a variety of operations and service positions.
Bill has served on a variety of Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards
in both the private and public sectors: South African Tourism; Hong
Kong Tourism Travel Advisory Board; Hotel View (Virtual Data) Advisory
Board; Rail Europe, Inc.; Switzerland Tourism, Choice Hotels and others.
He conducts seminars on entrepreneurship, business development, sales
and tourism, and is a regular guest lecturer at many educational institutions.

Capt. Art Ziccardi
Art is a 40 year aviation veteran, having served as a consultant, entrepreneur,
educator, and pilot. Art now serves as an International B747-400 pilot
with United Airlines. Capt. Ziccardi broad experience offers a unique
blend of hands-on business, operational, and certification expertise,
in the general and regional airline industry. Starting as an instructor
and charter pilot, Art went on to operate a FAA 135 Air Taxi, founded
a DOT Part 380 Public Tour Operator, and a FAA 142 airline training
school. Presently, as founder of Metro Air Service, LLC, Art facilitates
regional travel research, aircraft performance and costing, and business
model analysis with the goal of matching profitable solutions to rural
America's air travel needs.
Previously, in 1984, while serving as a Manager in United Airlines Flight
Training Department, Art was an Instructor Pilot, Check Airman, FAA
Designee, Training Manager and Safety Officer. In 1989, Capt. Ziccardi
started his own consulting firm, Air Crew Resources, Inc. which later
combined with Arnautical, Inc. where he served as President and CEO
(1991-1999). Arnautical was a full service international FAA 142 airline
training company, and aviation consulting firm. Arnautical alliances
and customers included United Airlines, Continental Airlines, America
West Airlines, Northwest Aerospace Training Company, Turkish Airlines,
Royal Nepal, Condor/Sudflug Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Frontier Airlines,
Western Pacific Airlines, United Arab Emirates, Israeli Aircraft Industries
and the USAF Test Pilot School.

Aeronautical Training Center, Inc. (ATC) 1989-1998
Co-owner of ATC, the holding company for Air Crew Resources, ATC and
Centennial Plato Testing Center. Denver, Colorado. ATC conducted international
flight training, operational safety audits and Cockpit Resource Management
Training for foreign governments and airlines. Customers included the
Presidential fleet for Mexico, USSR charter division, Condor, Turkish
Airlines, Royal Nepal, TACA and Asiana.

Joe Bühler
Mr. Bühler has been involved in travel and tourism since graduating
from Business School in Zurich, Switzerland. Joe served as EVP, Business
Development & Strategic Alliances at e-Vacations.com - a unit of
Rail Europe Group - the first U.S. online provider of custom-designed
vacation packages. Prior to that he was Director for Switzerland Tourism,
the national destination marketing organization (DMO) for one of the
top global tourism destinations. There he was in succession responsible
for their operations in North America, the United Kingdom & Ireland,
Canada and Japan & South East Asia. Previously he also worked in
Japan and Switzerland for Kuoni Travel Inc. one of the largest European
travel organizations.
He was elected Chairman of the market operations groups of the European
Travel Commission (ETC) both in Japan and in the United States and also
served as Vice Chairman of the Alliance of Canadian Travel Agencies
(ACTA).
Bernard
Frelat
Bernard was chairman and CEO of White Plains, N.Y.-based Eurovacations.com
, and served as president and CEO of Rail Europe Group. He was responsible
for the extraordinary internal growth and acquisitions (DER, BritRail,
Avanti Tours, EuroGroups, Business Travel Services etc) that catapaulted
Rail Europe Group into a market-dominating position. Considered a travel
visionary and entrepreneur, he led this SNCF/SwissRail owned company
into the electronic age through development of unique and proprietary
rail inventory and pricing systems, and was responsible for developing
many of today's distinctive rail products. Bernard holds a law degree
and is sought after as a speaker at leading travel industry symposiums.
Geof Cahoon
Geof has more than 20 years in the travel industry, including senior
management positions with Orbit, Navigant, Reservations Services, Inc.,
Thor 24, and Korobra. He is a recognized contributor to many trade publications
and programs and has extensive relationships in the electronic distribution
community. Geof has experience in strategic/tactical analysis, planning;
internet e-commerce, and business development. He has a thorough understanding
of travel industry history and trends, both as an advisor, consultant
and participant.
Bruce
Martin
Mr. Bruce Martin has over 25 years experience implementing Earned Value
Management Systems (formerly Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria
C/SCSC). Mr. Martin was an employee and team member of the C/SCSC implementation
group for Martin Marietta Denver Aerospace from 1980 -1984. During that
time he supported the successful validation of the MX program as well
as the External Tank (NASA) and Ground Support Systems at Vandenberg
Air Force Base.
Mr. Martin became a consultant for Humphreys & Associates (H&A)
in 1984. During his years with H&A Mr. Martin supported both R&D
& Production validations as well as numerous Subsequent Application
Reviews (SARs). He supported Lockheed Missile and Space Division, General
Dynamics, Litton Data Systems, Rockwell, General Electric and numerous
other contractors for DoD, DoE, and NASA.
Mr. Martin has also been a consultant with Performance Management Associates
(PMA). While a consultant for PMA Mr. Martin has supported Bell Helicopter,
Parker Hannifin, Honeywell, and CH2M.
Mr. Martin has broad experience with EVM and specializes in the area
of material and manufacturing. He has supported the integration of EVM
with MRP and Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems.
Joe Kremer
Joe serves clients as Senior Consultant specializing in the broad, general
areas of business development, marketing and corporate communications.
He has performed on both client and consulting sides, having worked
for or provided senior counsel to the travel industry, destination resorts,
casino gaming and financial services industries. Other industry segments
served include: professional educate, advertising, packaged goods, cable
and over-the-air broadcasting and public utilities.
Specific disciplines have included: strategic planning, business development,
startup, new product development, corporate identity, marketing research,
planning and implementation, advertising and sales promotion, sales
training, tracking and incentives, telemarketing, public and media relations,
